BTS is on fire right now. Last week they released the video for “Boy with Luv” and it made history – as YouTube’s most-streamed video in the first 24 hours of its release, and the fastest video to hit 100 million views.
Now they’re at it again.
The Beatles set a monster record almost 25 years ago and it has sat that way until now, with BTS matching the Fab Four’s feat this week.
The K-Pop act just scored their third number 1 album in a year on the Billboard 200 chart with Map Of The Soul: Persona, released less than two weeks ago.
The archival Anthology three-album set from The Beatles each took the top spot during the 11 months between November 1995 and October 1996.
Yes, we're still running the numbers, but we can confirm that #BoyWithLuv (ft. @Halsey) is now *officially* the most-viewed 24 hour debut in @YouTube history!! Congratulations @bts_bighit 🎉 Enjoy @nbcsnl tonight! pic.twitter.com/xC8vHs27Nu
